Talking Late Spring cleaning For sale (SA TX)

I know that there might be better places for this however there are not nicer people.

I am running really behind, All this spring I have been moving my stuff from my old place to my new place. Well I am done moving (still not organized yet). If anyone is in San Antonio or is near by and wants to drop in (weekends mostly this is not a business but a major hobby) PM me

Also it has come to my attention that I have too much crap er stuff and need to get rid of some of it. ( I am sorry I really can't post pics here there is too much stuff to do that) In reality I got rid of alot before we moved (about 15 parts cars all rx7s) but i need to get rid of more. So here goes.

I have available 6 1974 Repus and 2 1977 Repus (not all of them will sell I am pareing my collection from 12 down to 6)

prices range anywhere from $300-2500
now before you guys go nuts remember that i know what they are and what they are worth, which means they are not steals but about the right price. For $300 you are not getting a cream puff it is a 74 but does have a 13B 4port core in it and some other parts

I have ONE 1971 R100 that has an original 10A in it still this was a car that someone else started to restore and I got it in the shape it is in car is about 75-80% complete you want it I want 3k for it (yes it does have the grill) and it is in FAIR shape (needs complete resto) I have a better example that I am going to restore. (depending ie stock/hot rod on what you want to do with it I will negoiate on shape and parts)

I have an Rx3 coupe 1973 (no title) Automatic with A/C (I do have a manual pedal set I could sell with the car) missing headlight trim and Interior panels (that is why i got the car) still has the motor/trans radiator etc in place unbutchered I have a better 73 that is being built I want 2k for the car. This has been offered to someone already if he wants it he gets it.

I have 1973 Rx3 coupe shell not much left on it was wrecked has had some panels cut (rear taillights) rearend still in place (this is really for local people to look at I am sorry but you need to see it to know if it will help you)

I have a 1974 Rx4 coupe shell parts car (couple of parts i have to get off of it and then it is gone also.

If you need parts for something you can PM me but I can tell you that if it is chrome or glass for an Rx3 i can't help you. Same goes for hoods and fenders.

I have several 79-80 rx7s that need homes (typical 7s no engines no trannies) then i have a couple of 2nd gens(various condition) that need homes also (again if you are local come and see them) (there are no GSLs or GSL-SEs)
Breakdown looks like this 79-80 x 3, 81 x1, 84-5 x3, 86 x2, 88 x1, 89 x1, 91 x1

thanks for bearing with me on this i would rather see this stuff go to good homes that will use it. I have too many projects and need to get rid of some and generate a little $$ to finish some I am working on now.

Also to my long time friends out there don't panic i am not going away. I still will have 4 r100s, 1 Rx2, 7-8 Rx3s, 5 Rx4s, too dang many cosmos, 6 repus, Rx7s like bunny rabbits..........

but soon here in San Antonio we will also have a fully functional shop where we can work on our stuff that we love.

Dave

To everyone that has sent PMs already I have a list and will address it on saturday at the shop.

Yea Salty I don't love them much do I, just think if i get rid of all of them on this list i will still only have 60

BTW Jerry i know you are looking at this no this does not mean I am not looking for more and you know the car I mean

For those of you that asked about my shop, well it really is a private garage thing right now not a real business, unfortunately for me the Army still takes up most of my time. However it is a 12,000 sq ft private garage located just north of San Antonio about 2miles off of I-35

The goal is to put together a collection of Rotarys that will make Mazda jealous.... we are well on our way to that.

I would love to stop by one day just to look at the different cars you have!

If I had 300 I could scrounge up, I would get a beater repu (If it ran ok of course)

Not trying to burst you bubble but the truck that is for $300 doesn't run, It does have the right engine to be rebuilt but in truth that is more a truck for someone that needs parts.

I do have 3 that run but all 3 are in different shape

There is a 1974 yellow 4spd with a GSL-SE engine using the stock injection set-up, yes it runs and runs well. The truck is more of a beater truck though it actually belongs to my partner but he is open to offers on it. (be prepared to spend about $2500 and it is worth it in my opinion)

#2 1977 Blue 5spd, this truck does run it needs the carbs(yes i said carbs) rebuilt it has not been on the road in a few years, again this is a beater truck needs work on Drivers door post no ft bumper or lower valance. However it does have a 74 style 13b that was rebuilt about 1997 with not alot of miles put on it, it does need a new alternator or Voltage regulator. It has a header custom exhaust system and a Rotary Engineering Dual 36 DCD webber set up...... Hence I want $2500 (after all it is a 77 and it has a hard to get ahold of intake setup that is popular)

#3 1977 Red 5spd currrently registered running and driving has 13B 4port that has been rebuilt (by who I don't know) does run well however I believe the engine is tired and could stand to be rebuilt, Truck is very clean original color was yellow. (I am not really inclined to sell this one but I don't drive it much I am at $2,500 non-negoiatable on this)

I know that the other yellow 74(not the one above a 2nd yellow one) will run but the engine was overheated badly, If no one buys it is the one I will restore.... I like the yellow trucks

whats up rotarydude ,you wouldn't have a pair of doors for a 73 rx2 ,just the skins don't need windows or anything, also maybe by some chance if you have a donor car that you could cut out one of the roof supports ,the car iam restoreing had a sunroof installed and i want to put back to stock ,thanks

Ok guys a quick update, the R100 is gone, I was trying to get some pics up so you guys could see and the bad spots it has. However i had someone come in with Cash $$ today. I know there were a couple of people that also asked me about R100 parts (Kenny don't worry I will confirm your stuff in an email) I do have a stash of R100 parts what i can sell of them is not a whole lot as I am restoring several cars but if you send me a list I will TRY to fill your requests, (I HAVE NO HOODS, in fact i am looking myself and would accept fiberglass as 2 of my project are not stock. I also have NO WINDSHIELDS maybe someday someone will make new ones I will be first in line). Condition of the Tub on the Rx4 and Rx3 shells, honestly like crap, the qtrs on the rx4 are useable not great and in truth if you happen to be close you can have them the trunk is swiss cheese. I do apologize if you think I have mislead you on this i will try to post a few of the pics tomorrow.

On the RX4, how about the rear where the tail lights, backup lights, lic plate and rear garnish attaches to? If it's anywhere close to ok, I'll take it.

Let me know.

TIA

I'm going to need those clutch pedals for the RX-4 after all. The set that I got won't work. Please let me know if you still have them because I will pick them up.
