Ok here we go again guys. We’re trying to plan another ALL MAZDA MEET. This will be open to mazda’s of all makes no matter what model or year. If it has a mazda badge, you’re invited. The date is still TBA but we are looking into everyone’s input. Last meet we had 50+ mazda’s that attended. Since its summer we plan to have a lot more. We are looking around July, maybe before or after 4th of july weekend. Since we have more time in planning this we plan to have more people involved. We’re trying to get mazda to actually recognize us as a official mazda meet but we’re still working on that. We are still working on an agenda and we would like to see what you guys would like to do. So im asking you guys this:

What date does everyone prefer? Before of After 4th of july?
What would you like to do? (bbq, raffle, best in prizes)?
Where would you wanna do it? (autoRND, local park)?

bbq's are always great! a raffle and prizes sound sweet too. how would you get that to work though?
memorial park in Cupertino is nice w/ plenty of parking if you plan to have it at a park.

best in prizes would be cool...make it a bit more of a car show than just a meet... best in show, best paint, best 2nd gen, coolest for having 2 matching cars, etc...maybe get trophies of some sort somehow? i dunno...

 

If you need help, i'm willing to help you out, just PM me or something, i love planning out meets, its fun and enjoyable...well for me it is. haha. But yeah, if you need any help, we can meet up and discuss and what not.

i'm waiting for the wiring harness from hinson and then i can send my car to paint....I'll make sure i get a Ls1 emblem on the back. rotary fest if my car is done i will be there.

ok so i got an email from lemans go karting in fremont california, and they would like to hold our meet over there. their parkinglot can hold 150+ cars and they want to hold a Mazda Owners Karting Competition at discounted pricing. I am trying to get a set date when we can do it but am still considering. I want to get everyones feedback on this. So what does everyone think? i know not everyone will agree but this is a great place and gives us something to do. this is just a option. so give some input guys thanks.

ok so it looks like everyone is koo with having it at lemans.... i talked w/ robbie and he says after 4th of july he has july 9th and july 16th open...i think july 9th sounds like a good date. what does everyone think of july 9th as the date?

 

It sounds cool to me, since I live like 2-3 miles from it. I don't mind at all, haha.
