What are you looking to do with to do with the car? Mainly street driving? Autox? Are you planning on doing some track stuff?

If you're planning on doing anything competitive, I would suggest leaving the car stock until you learn to drive (no offense intended) Once you get to the point that you have progressed beyond the stock setup, start looking at a suspension package.

If you want to lower the car and just make it look better, I'd suggest the Eibach springs, it'l give the car a nice drop, and they work very well with the stock touring dampers. Koni Yellow dampers offer adjustable damping, and are not too expensive. Be aware that the car will be considerably firmer with these dampers. Even on the softest setting they will be much more firm than the stock setup.

Also, post this in the Suspension forum, lots of very smart and experienced guys in there.
