FC3S: Aero Parts Part I

Hey Guys,

My name is Ken and I am a sales rep for Shine Auto Project, Inc, which is a composite manufacturing company based in Ontario, California. We specialize in rare JDM style aero parts. To make a long story short....we look for the good stuff and make them readily available to U.S consumers.

I can be contacted at ShineAutoProject@Gmail.com

and can also be reached at my AIM screen name, which is ShineProjectKen.

We are definitely a new and fresh vendor on this forum and would like to establish a long-lasting relationship with it's members.

If you guys haven't already seen our ebay ads..........I will begin to list items we currently offer for the FC3S Rx7.

Before I begin, I would like to elaborate on a special material that we use for our FRP Aero Parts.

We construct most of our aero parts with a material we call, "Hybrid FRP." The name and the development of the material was inspired by a Japanese Aero kit company that goes by the name Ings+1. They call their special material, "Hybrid Aero." The details of what goes into this material and how it is formulated will not be discussed. What will be discussed are the features and benefits of choosing this material for your aero parts.

Our Hybrid FRP is basically a flexible composite construction. It is fiberglass, but flexible. The reason why we believe this to be the ideal material for aero parts is because it allows parts to be made "light," which is a feature highly sought after among racing enthusiasts. There's a saying...."You can always have too much horsepower, but you can never be too light." Whether you guys agree with this or not, that's up to you. Composite parts can be very strong if the right materials are used as well as the right techniques used in constructing it. Flexibilty helps in absorbing impact, which is ideal for daily-driven cars, as well as aid in fitment and look, since there is "play" for adjustment. Another important thing to remember....once composite parts are fully cured, they don't shrink or warp. They are considered "thermosets," which means the shape of the part "sets." Urethane parts do indeed warp and shrink from high heat because they are "thermoforms," which means they can form into another shape using heat (thermo.)

Here are a few detailed product demo pics......

Enough about the material........here comes the good stuff......

awesome stuff, they look like they are well made and super-flexible, very important for front end parts and sideskirts! I hope to buy some sideskirts and rear valences for my FC soon, too bad its so close to christmas, I have way too many bills right now! nice looking products, keep 'em coming!

you guys make such nice fiberglass parts, is there any chance you will make a blockoff plate or gauge pod for the emergency light cluster on the top center of the dash of FC's?

You guys need to make the TII scoop cover. I think RE-A made em originally for use when you installed a front mount...

How long do you think people will continue to steal other peoples ideas and hard work? How long do you think the top Japanese companies will continue to produce these parts for the public if they are only going to be ripped off by cheap asses? If you are so skilled with FRP why dont you creat some original parts? Oh that might take an ounce of creativity so I guess that rules your biten asses out.

Cheaper is not always better.

The answer is very simple. Replicating stuff is not new. We exist because Japanese aero parts are hard to come by (many are discountinued) , take time to receive, expensive, AND the quality is not that great. We have tons of Japanese FRP aero parts....... I will make a bet with you that ours is constructed much better with more durability. Who cares if they took the R&D time to develop their products. It doesn't seem like they give a rats ass about making their products available and affordable to the U.S market did they? Otherwise, we wouldn't be here. Oh an another thing........where's the customer service and technical support when you need them? People want JDM styles, not american made styles. People want them readily available.......not wait 3-6 months. People want affordable parts. And it also helps that we make parts better and more durable at half the price. And because this is what people want, we will be around. We're not the first on the forum to announce that we're planning to replicate something........and we won't be the last either. We're simply giving people what they want. Peace.

"your side skirts are replica's of the r -magics, but they're made 10 times better as i can see , i have an original pair of r magics and i'm contemplating putting yours on instead.email me at condolence187@aol.com with the rear bumpers or spats that your have thanx again." - TurboII RudeBoy

Enough said.......

Circuit Theory......we are done. You are obviously not part of our target market and your furiousity is unconstructive to this thread. As long as people want these parts, we will continue to offer our services. You can buy the real thing because you are located in Japan. If you want to get rid of companies like ours........dont ramp........offer people products they want at a price they are willing to pay. Peace........

its not like these parts are easy to get even if they are in production still (and i doubt many are) it would cost way more to ship most of this than their prices and the quality looks amazing. If YOU really want the real thing buy it.

any idea if you guys will be selling a full kit? waiting on a reply before i commit to buy the front end. i have been looking for a flexible front end as most are FG and would be destroyed simply getting into my driveway at the wrong angle.
