Hi All!

Just a few quick questions concerning FD's. It's quite a bitch to search for FD-specific topics cuz FD only has 2 letters. Any help would be greatly appreciated:

1) I know that the FD was introduced in '93, but what year did Mazda pull it out of the Canadian market?

2) I think only the '94 and up FD's can have white as a colour, is this correct?

3) Bottom line is, do we have stock, white FD's in Canada?

1.) 95, some dealers still had them in 96 when they couldn't sell
2.) yes (were they all R2s? or touring as well? I'm not sure)
3.) I'm sure there is, u just have to find someone who will sell one to u

 

There are white FDs in Canada. I am guessing they are mostly US imports though (like mine)

When you think that there were only 75 or 100 (can't remember the exact #) FDs brought to Canada in 94-95 and white is pretty much the rarest colour for those years you can bet they only brough less than 10, now I do know that some have been repainted white, but probably not what you are looking for.

 

There was a white 94 PEP that sold in Alberta a while back.
I think there is a white one in Waterloo right now.

 

The white one in Waterloo is Wiggles on this forum. Not on here much though. And then there's Dr. Drift's 95.

 

Damn... a hard find huh? No wonder I never see them.... sigh....

my friends want me to paint my 95 white fd electric blue, but i keep tellin them its too rare to do that

 

just paint it white

 

too much work and money.
