Hey guys. I'm new to posting on the board, but I've been lurking for a while.

I'm wondering how many 89-90 Wiining Silver GXL owners are on the board. Since this color was only available in 89 and 90 on the GXL only, its got to be fairly rare. I've only seen maybe 4-5 other than mine.

Hey wow. I didn't know there was a different color "special edition" GXL. Was this a USA moddel only? Is this the color:

 

I've seen a ton of those, at least 5-6 in the Western NC, SC area.

I test drove 2 of those before settling on my blue one
it helped that it was 2K cheaper....

 

Hey. Yeah, thats the color and actually the first pic posted there is my car! Too bad thats its bad side. It wasn't a special edition color, but it was GXL only for 2 years. I see many more Brilliant Black, Blaze Red, Harbor Blue Metallic and White GXLs than I do Winning Silver. I was just curious. It also wasn't a USA only color, because I have seen pictures of Japanese Turbos in that color, with out the wing and with the 15" wheels.
