A member told me the Power FC is for Manual transmissions only. Is that true, and if it is what will I do for my Automatic 3rd Gen? I need something to adjust my setting for all the upgrades it will recieve. Help Please.

Do a search (it's not working for me right now). There are several threads on this issue. Basically you lose the HOLD function, but you really need to read up on it.

 

Does anyone know if thats true, because i just got a 93 automatic turbo and i may need a new ecu and was going to get that.

 

ummm - I've got a 92 auto... I had the apexi wired up yesterday, and drove 45 miles home.

The hold button worked every step of the way... It may well cease functioning, but right now, it's working perfectly. Yup - it's a pfc, yup, it's a standard installation. My car mods are:

downpipe, hks hyper dragger rearbox, larger fuel pump, larger injectors, and a home made earthing kit. I don't know if that's what's made the difference, but the hold button works at the moment...
