An exterminating bomb? Like a raid one? They use them in houses all the time.

dude go buy an ant eater for a pet and just tie him in the passenger seat. make sure to put some newspaper down for him to poop as well. find out where the ants are nesting...you could have a bigger pest problem than you think. also i believe there are electronic gadgets that you can purchase to drive the insects away. might want to do a search on ebay for some type of pest control device.
sorry, had to laugh. No really. I almost fell out of my seat. I can totally understand your feelings.
I had fire-ants attack my car. I only found them in the passenger side and then after that none, I got bit a LOT before I found the though. So about a week later my car wouldn't start.
Tried unflooding procedure, didn't work.
Checked for spark with induction timing gun: NO spark.
Replaced trailing coil once, leading coil once, ECU once: still no spark.
Long story short: spent about 300 dollars on parts for the ignition system after not being able to find anything wrong with any of them.
My dad went through everything and we finally found the relay and he opened it up while I was gone for a week. When he opened it up a bunch of "corrosion" fell out and he cleaned up the contacts and it worked fine. I came back a week later and we opened it up again and I took a closer look.
FIRE ANT BODIES WERE BLOCKING THE F*%)ING RELAY.
KILL THEM FUCKERS QUICK. BOMB THEM.
sorry for the long post, but it was funny as hell. i should call car-talk.
i bought this product from a hardware store that a liquid called ant b gone couple of drops within minutes every ant in your car will be there within 48 hrs they will all be dead even the ones you didn't see cause ants share their food
Actually ants love water. Normally the pursuit of water is what attracts them. Are you sure your car isn't storing moisture under the carpets or something?
Hey guys be careful about bombing especially cause a car is an inclosed area. make sure you vent that crap later because uhhh it ain't no air freshner! You could use the febreeze afterwards from the bomb smell. Make sure that the bomb will get into the walls and stuff too. It'll so no good if it all just sits in the passenger compartment. My dad uses gasoline to kill em and although It evaporates rather quickly uhhh you may blow the car up... I had a real nasty spider in my dash and i sprayed Ant/Spider Killer by ELIMINATOR all over. Ain't seem em since. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT Spray around your car too. If you park your car in the same spot all the time they may come back!!!! That's why everybody has repeat offenders in their houses. The little batards learn!
well rv guys pour a small line of comet the cleaning powder around each wheel casue it keeps ants from gettiong into the rvmake sure the rings are complete and not broken and itll keep new ants form coming in

Why use any insecticide? when all you have to do is just drive around with your windows up and sunroof closed for about 5 hours so exhaust leak could kill 'em all.
Originally posted by Mr. Eccentric They're probably in there for a reason, you spill pop or something sweet? 1st off you'd better find the source and clean that up.
I'd have to agree with that one. Even if you kill them all, whatever brought them there in the first place will bring back a new batch.
lmao i love this forum cuz it cracks me up all the time
i wish my car probs were as small as ants
