Just curious, but does anybody else have an under hood lamp. No rx7s I've seen do...but mine does....lol, at least NOW it does, I customized an old fog light for it...I'll upload some pics and a small how to if you care to see it....

 

What's your car? I've never heard of that before...

 

I tapped a hole into the top of my hood(the thick part near the nose of the car), put an old round fog light I had wired to a relayed on/off switch, and I now have an under hood light... I want to get more wire though so I can feed it through the hood towards the windsheild and then run it along the engine bay. Because right now, the wires just hang from the hood when its open...

 

My 72 Datsun 240Z had one, self contained with a switch and the wire stowed in the housing. Twist and remove the light and you had about 6 feet of wire to play around with. Too bad the car died of cancer (rust)
