OK! the carbonfiber hood for my FD just arrived
I was impressed by the quality of the carbonfiber of the hood not only it is clear coated but it also has carbonfiber underneath the hood and around the latch area as well. It has four vents like the mazdaspeed style hood. It is grade A carbonfiber hood, if you are not familiar what is grade A hood it is the hood that are of same quality as some of the Japanese hoods that are retail $1000+ US
this is in the same leaque. This hoods are manufacture in Asia. I paid $995 plus shipping. I will have pics of the hood on my car.

That's cheap for a New Real Mazdaspeed hood.. the older one was about 1400 - 1600 dollars...
