on the install thread i found a diagram of the 22pin connector that you cut the yellow blew and splice it into the purple...

when i went to try it i found on my 22 pin connector i dont even have those colors on that connector... HELP.

 

Do not go by colors as they were changed by Mazda around 1994. Go by pin functionality as it is the same.

Look in your manuals.

 

Yup...same with mine...I was confused as F(*&k!

Did you try it without that?? I ended up just doing the four wires and my AC works fine on all settings. I have a 94 with ver 5...

 

my ac still does not work even after that... can i hook it up to an on off switch.. and if so how would i do it.

 

rehooked up the black/yellow wire on my 93, works fine now
