How do I get 12lbs of boost?
Ok, I had a new engine installed, street port, ful 3 inch exhaust (hks downpipe, pettit midpipe, and apexi n1 catback), apexi dual intake, removed the air pump, and a Power FC. I was at my friend's house installing a wiring harness on his prelude. All his friends were checking out my car. One asked, "whats this for?" He was holding my commander. I told him and by the time I got over there, he had reset my program!!! That stupid ***! I didn't realize what he did until I took my car back to sevenspeed, where I had my engine installed. The mechanic was looking through my PFC and asked if I changed anything because it was all different. I told him no, I didn't touch it. He told me it was reset! He retuned some of it, but I'm still only running 10lbs of boost. My car feels almost stock again
. How can I tune it to run 12lbs again. The races are on saturday, its thursday right now. I need to have this fixed by then! If anyone can help, please walk me through it. I downloaded the spyfishpfcmap for intake downpipe catback midpipe ported engine. How do I use this, and how do I get back to 12lbs.

Goto settings, then Boost. You should see 4 #'s on the left and 4 #'s on the right.
The numbers on the left are your boost targets.
looking down they refer to:
Setup#1 - target boost for primary turbo
Setup#1 - target boost for secondary turbo
Setup#2 - target boost for primary turbo
Setup#2 - target boost for secondary turbo
These numbers will probably be between .8 and .95 and coorispond to bar. 14.7psi = 1.0 bar
You select which setup 1 or 2 you want by highlighting your choice and hitting the back key on the commander.
The four #'s down the right are the % duty cycles which are configurable to get you to your target boost level.
Hope this info helps.

1 bar does not =14.7psi. That is 1 ATM.
1 bar is around 14.5psi. I am not on my own pc so can't give the exact values. Go check the conversion tables.
This is the most common pressure conversion that I see all the time. People confuse bar with atm.

why are there 4 setups for 2 turbos.. are u suppose to set boost for the 2nd turbo on setup #1
As nocab72 said, the first setting is usually low boost, and you can program different boost levels for each turbo. The second is usually reserved for high boost, where you can have two more values (one for each turbo).
Hence 4 settings total
the fuel maps take RPM and manifold pressure (boost) as inputs. If you are making more boost, the computer will read higher cells from the fuel map and give you more pressure. If you want to check this out - use map trace with your current boost settings and see how far down the vertical axis the trace goes, then go to 12 lbs and re-trace at WOT, and you should be further down, reading from the richer cells.
So if the maps are set up well - no need to change anything.

I think the maps are all screwed up because of the reset. The races are over anyways. I ran a 13.2 after spinning through 1st and 2nd and blew one of my turbo hoses, haha. I still ran 13's all day on 7lbs of boost!
Thanks for the correction, I've never been sure. Now I can verify though my new Blitz SBC-ID boost controller will display in 3 different units so I can use it to convert.
