I have a stock 87 TII other than Borla exhausts. I blew the turbo to down pipe gasket, so I took everything apart. The Actuator valve inside the exhaust manifold seems loose and rattles. Does anybody know if this is supposed to be like this? If not is there a way to fix it without replacing the manifold?

I am also thinking on putting in a down pipe and turbo timer. Will the pipe kill my emissions?
