HKS cast manifold gasket

I have an HKS cast manifold that im going to use on my 87TII. Can i use the stock engine to exaust manifold gasket? or do i need to order a new one from HKS?

Stock for engine to turbo manifold.
Typical T04 gasket for turbo manifold to turbo - Turbonetics sells these.

I went to Innovative and Rick gave me a thin metal gasket. I asked him if they are necessary and he said he doesnt even use turbo to manifold gasket. But i know im using one though.
