Don't know if anyone's interested and I've never been but I guess this meet has evolved from a DSM/Evo thing to an all-cars type gathering. Slowboy will have their chassis dyno there and I also heard that they're bringing ACP's brand new rally Evo to the meet.

5th Annual GMU DSM Meet
Sponsored by Team Trinity
March 10, 2007 @ 1:00pm
Parking Lot K, GMU Fairfax Campus
First, Team Trinity just wanted to say thanks to everyone who came out last year to help support the DSM community. This year, we’d like to see even more people out there! We have invited some new vendors including VIP Garage, PTuning, and possibly a few others. They will be set up along with Slowboy Racing, Electronic Plus and Redline Design to showcase their new products for the season and donate prizes for our raffle drawing. Raffle tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5. We would also like to encourage everyone to bring extra parts they have laying around taking up space for a Swap Meet.
There will be a few changes for this years event. Due to University restrictions we are not allowed to prepare and sell burgers and hotdogs, so we will have drinks, bagged chips and candy bars available by donation. We now have to rent the lot from GMU so the money from the raffle ticket sales and donations will be help pay for Lot K.
Did someone say Dyno!!
Slowboy will be bringing their dyno pack for anyone who would like to get an idea on how much power they are putting out. They can run FWD, AWD and RWD cars.
Figures, my FD is going to Mr Spoiler Saturday morning .
Matt is your FD back together ?
What kind of work are you getting done, new paint?
I've spent about 5 weekends over the winter pulling out the dents, replacing parts, and straightening the body. Right now it's streetable but not pretty. I've sprayed the afflicted areas with primer/spray paint but when it gets warmer it's getting sanded back off and I'll smooth everything over with body filler and paint it proper.
The meet was alot of fun, couldn't ask for better weather. First time I've seen a Tommi Makinen Evo VI in person, much less be driven around on the street. I was expecting it to be 90% DSM/Evo, but there was a great variety of all different cars. It was good talking with everyone.
Hey I kno that White Supra with S1NGL3 on the plate, we met up with some other cars and cruised to MD, on the way up there he took out an SL65 AMG about 2 saturdays ago.
Nothing wrong with the pic, just the car Guess I should try and remove some of that tirewall rubber from the bumper ^_^. I got most of it off the back bumper with a buffer, maybe I'll start on it after work tonight since we have some more sunlight now.
