R32 Skyline wheels

well guys,
i went to our local importer of japanese parts and was looking for some tires b/c mine had been sitting for a while and i didnt trust them. the plus side was that they were already mounted but i just had to decide what wheels i wanted. lol. i and my friend dug through the endless stacks of wheels and found some very rare wheels. anything from advans to watanabes. i was about to shit myself when i came across the Mazdaspeed edition volks... you know the popular 5star design for FC's in japan. well i only found two of those. i lucked out and got a full set of R32 skyline GT-R wheels all with brand new tires. i mounted them up and took the car out for a spin. yeah i love these things. they do not rub and it gives my car a more aggressive look id think. anywho... later.

are you sure those are gt-r wheels? they look more like the 16x6.5 r32 GT-S wheels then the 16x8 gtr's.

if you had stock non-turbo rims, then the R32 GTS rims are the same size and same width.

you said they had 2 Mazdaspeed wheels? Were you over at Jhot imports? I think they had a pair for $500.

I hope you got them almost free, because the 8J+30's are the only R32 wheels worth anything...........

god damn. looks like ill have to take them back b/c they arent worth anything. nevermind the look over stock 5 star coupe wheels and better cooling for the brakes running in the mountains along with the great fucking deal i got on them. haha whatever. later.
-allen

oh and no... not JHOT. yeah the place i went had two 17" mazdaspeed volk edition 5stars. my stock coupe wheels are the same size. they came with fatter tires and in better condition then the ones i had on before. the car handles a bit better i must say.

Either way, the wider GT-r wheels are not worth it, they go for close to a grand and for that I'd rather get some nice Volks or whatever other brand for that price.
