To be a spectator, Sevenstock is always free. Although, the AutuClub Speedway does charge a $5 or $10 entrance fee (they did last year). I don't remember if it was per person or per car. As for track time, the Sevenstock page usually has the details (or a link). If the information you're seeking is not on their website yet, it will be soon. See you there

If you're not bringing a rotary vehicle, you'll enter through the main gates at the speedway and be directed to a general parking lot. From there it's a short walk to the show area where you can enjoy the festivities and make sure you stick around to watch the 4 rotors take the track.
