Justin, the rear lug replacement is not the same as the front. The front u can get away with not separating the hub with the spindle. The rear u have to separate the hub and the spindle. Once u separate them u will break the wheel bearing journal and have to press in a new bearing. Make sure when you press in the rear bearing that it's properly supported or the journal will separate from the bearing and u will ruin a perfectly good bearing. There is a thread on the forum that gives you the proper sequence and how to support the bearing as u are pressing it in. It's not that difficult of a job if u have the right tools. If u don't have the right tools its nearly impossible.
that seems to be the problem, know anyone that knows how and has the tools to do this?

Hopefully nobody was thinking about coming up with an idea for a cupholder for the FD.

Seems a bit DRASTIC to me...
You pretty much have to take all that stuff apart anyway, and the turnaround time of replacing the spindle is nothing, as opposed to having to do the extra work of separating the hub/bolts and so on.

Not today, but a couple days ago... My dad and bro-in-law, Javi, got my gas tank in and took my car to get exhaust done!!! A few steps closer to finishing it! I've been waiting about 2 years to get my blue car on the road.

South Florida Crew- I've asked around, looking for a shop that REALLY knows their work in regards to setting up suspension. I have not received a response from Tampa, Orlando or Jacksonville.

I know you guys have someone awesome down there but I can'd find the post/thread where you provided the name or address. I'm looking to have my suspension done right and I'm willing to drive to South Florida to have it done.

If someone could post the name of the shop and let me know what I can expect for pricing? $100? $200? What if I claim I'm Cuban and talk about Penguino Racing?

I don't think I've seen shops around that specialize in suspension setups. IMO I don't understand why it's necessary?

Setting up your suspension has just as much to do with your driving technique than it does with the balance of the car, and on top of that what the surface conditions and type of track you're on. It's something that constantly has to be changed. There's nobody out there who's going to tell you "here this is the best setup for your car", and if they do they're wrong, lol.

What is it that you want them to do for you?

I must respectfully disagree...mainly based on spending many hours reading Howard Coleman's suspension thread, the responses and threads by other long time owners. I believe it was MooseJaw who took his car there amongst other owners.

With every aspect of my suspension now adjustable and with my desire to have very specific ride height, camber, etc set...along with proof of before and after...I'm not taking this to my local Tire Store Chain!

This is being turned into a track car slowly but surely as I keep an eye out for a nice DD 7 (probably a 1st Gen or maybe a shell to go LS in).
