If any of you know anyone who's looking for an FC project let me know. I'm trying to get rid of the newest FC I bought back in October. Info here. She cleaned up pretty decent.

Shaggy, we meet the first Tuesday of every month at Twisted Tavern, on Horizon Drive. This is right off of Lawrencville Suwanee Road, just off 85. We always have room for an other rotorhead. Next meet is on Tuesday, March 6.

We really like FD's Shaggy, even though they are only worth 0.125 12A's. Can't wait to see it, can you post some pictures in the mean time?

Dudes, look what I got. It's Mike S.'s fault, he keeps getting me to replace perfectly good stock parts with performance stuff, this time a set of Eibach springs:

Thanks to Brett for picking them up in Dahlonega from Scott who is a friend of Ben's.

Brett that's a really nice looking FC, are you sure you want to sell it?

On a side, note, just imagine if the Mazda people had the good sense to keep the exquisite pointy nose of the FB when they introduced the FC instead of making it look like a bulldog? It would have been a pretty good looking car, add a Nikki and they could have sold millions.

Mike where do you find those?
If you find another set, I'm in, and I won't complain.

Greg he does have another set of performance springs, rx7.com spring specialties instead of eibach's but practically the same. He also still has another dizzy:

Here's the link and a photo of the stuff (about half of it is sold).

I am interested in the response to this question. It doesn't look like I'll be going this year. What about the rest of you OGTAs? I know some of you are planning on this.

I'm planning on going but haven't firmed up my overnight accomodations yet. Was thinking
about camping (you know, its cheap) but now I'm thinking if someone has a spare bedroom
in a cabin I could chip in on or I may just stay at one of the other hotels. Figure I'd go up either
thursday evening or friday morning and come home sunday.

How about it Ray? You goin to DGRR?

Also, who's going to the Mitty? I'll be there as well camping and carrying on as usual.

The mitty and dgrr are 1 week apart. Dgrr is the weekend before the mitty. So no excuses Ray.

He had another set of RX7.com springs that he was saying were a little stiffer than the Eibach's but better in his opinion- hit him up if you want them, if you PayPal him the $ I could pick them up for you and bring them along with Ray's parts to the March 6 OGTA meet.

And I'm going to DGRR as well but I'll only be able to make it up Friday/ Saturday.

"The mitty and dgrr are 1 week apart. Dgrr is the weekend before the mitty. So no excuses Ray."

I dunno Tim. This sound like a pretty good excuse to me, at least for those socially challenged folks like myself.

Two back-to-back, all-weekend-long parties like the Mitty and DGRR is a pretty big challenge for us guys who usually use the weekends for planting the vegetable garden. That kind of socializing is better suited for folks with 13Bs.

DGRR is a very special and unique event and I really want to make it one of these days, it looks like a blast. But I missed Crit and Deena's Lake House Event last year due to an overburdened social calendar (too much sun and good times at the Mitty, as you will recall) so this year I'll be budgeting my social capital to hopefully make both the Lake House and the Mitty.

But I am looking forward to DGRR 2013.

It sure would be nice to have one of these. Does anybody know Chris, the guy who owns this car?

I wonder what this engine is really out of. Did the GSL-SE's have 5th and 6th ports?

I'll be there for the 7th year in a row, haven't missed an event yet. There more info to be found in the thread on this forum. Also over at the other rotary car forum there is an Atlanta caravan thread that's meeting up with the Florida caravan too.

Ray you need to take the silver one for a good mountain drive.

You're making it awfully tempting Michael, let's see if we can get Crit and Deena to schedule the Lake House later in the summer.
