Won't start, to much fuel?

Long story short.....S5 turbo, car was running fine, took it apart to install 750's and add sard Fpr. While I had it torn down I went ahead and got rid of the rats nest (This is not my first time doing this, and I have another 7 exactly like this that runs great so basically just copied it). The only difference is that car has a RE chipped ecu, the one I am currently working on I decided to go with rtek 1.7. When I attempt to start the car it floods it self out and won't start. Pull the plugs and there soaked. I have good spark, I have good fuel pressure, only thing I can guess is there is somthing I am missing causing the ecu to dump a crap load of fuel at start up. I had my friend who is a rx7 genius look it over and he thinks the problem is ecu related. Any help would be great.

I also am going to be swapping ecu'so over the weekend, but thought I would ask here also.

If you installed an FPR, the first place I'd look is at the fuel pressure.. What is it set to?

Are you sure you installed the 750s in the secondaries and not the primaries? (Sorry, had to ask..)
