Rtek 2.1 on windows 7

Is there a way to make the rtek work with a windows 7,8,10 laptop? The battery in my palm pilot is barley holding charge now and I don't want to buy another one

search palm simulator, you can probably do it bluetooth wirelessly now,but havent tried it yet..works for android
