I had a customer that said they successfully hotsync'd a Palm on windows 10. Here's their setup.

My Documented Successful Setups:

Car Side
Palm Tungsten E2
$70 PDCT5-M9-6 hotsync cable + Null modem cable (or one PDCT5-F5W68HT would probably work)

PC Side
Windows 10
ASRock Z97E-ITX/ac Motherboard (onboard Broadcom Bluetooth chipset)
Stock Tungsten E2 USB cable
Hotsync Manager 7.0.2 (Hotsync.exe) probably installed with this installer I found in my "tuning" folder: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...sktopWin62.exe
Bluetooth Hotsync works (Triggered from Palm Device)
USB Hotsync works (Triggered from Palm Device)
