Do you have the means to keep it?

Such as, can you get by without selling it? Do you have enough space for it? Is the mrs. tired of it sitting around? If you can get by with it , I'd say keep it.

I do not have to sell it to get by,been singal for a long time no nagging beach!I have the space, just frustrated as all get up!best numbers to date are 60 foot a 1.24. 1/8 5.91;1/4 mile 9.59this car should be in the 8's by now.i have reached these numbers all by my self, this is my first rotary powered car,I just need a good tuner that I am sure all he would have to do is click a couple keys on my lap top and BAM I have the numbers to run in the 8'sThere is this cat from PR in town that has made very good power (he is a tuner here visiting so cal)I need him to punch a couple keys but money is tight!I work for caterpillar and we all know how slow the construction has been!broke a couple engines in the last couple months!just frustrated as all get up

you need to book yourself in to a dirty girl shop, **** a few of them silly sit back and then just say fark yeh its all good .
Walk away from it, put it up on stands and throw a cover over it , get a new hobby for a while and when you realise that sucks you could try a new sport called drag racing .
Im emo over my car again as things havnt been done on time from external sources , think about selling it a lot recently , but then i have to prove something to myself still, so selling aint happening until i can stick that big one up someone's bum .
You must have someone's bum you wish to stick your big finger ?
So just keep that burn inside and bottle it up for when the opportunity arises

If you sell that car Chris, I'm going to slap you silly. Hell, I'm still going to slap you silly for just thinking about it. I know when I talked to Rene that he blew up many motors before he got the tune/build right. I can pretty much guarantee that all the top tuners in the world did the same thing before they got good. It's going to take some time to get the tunning down if you wan't to do it on your own, but look how far you have come already. If the funds aren't there to support a 8 second car yet, then just take a small step back and just make the car reliable and have fun. Put the boost down and enjoy racing. Then when the funds come back then look into making it faster. Shoot I don't know of too many people that have 9 second cars. Look at Irwindale, your car is one of the fastest cars out there aside from some of the alcohol v8's and you drive your car on the streets! You have accomplished alot since you started and should be proud and have done it with very little help, pretty much on your own. Your one of the only die hard rotary guys that I know left in So Cal so don't quit on me biotch. Keep your head up, you'll get there. If you need help I'm right here brother.

Mustang! Boooooooooooooo, hehe, just kidding. Yeah, sometimes it's good to take a little break from something. I'm sure working on that mustang will get you back working on the rotary in no time.

I'm going to Pomona finals today. I got tickets for 25 bucks through my wifes friend. Taking the kid and can't wait to see the look on his face when a fueler goes by him for the first time.

Don't sell it.. You'll regret it every time you see or hear another rotary. Just cover her down until you find the right help to get your engine & tuning sorted out. With a reliable 600-700hp 13b, you'll have tons of fun all year long without breaking the bank.

Like my dad always says "It doesn't eat any hay" It doesn't cost you anything to keep it but you would never be able to replace it for what you sell it for. Let it set, first time you go to the races without it you will be cleaning it up for the track the next day!!!

I did the same thing many years ago....blew motors right and left but never gave up.It just get to you when you tinker with the car too much and you get your mind thinking about all the stuff you have put......"is the engine twisting,is it lean,do i have the wrong spark plugs,is it clearance right"
you play this over and over in your head and it just makes you give up and walk away.Forget about dyno numbers and the times you ran before just go out and race Events!

These engines are so complicated....they run good sound good and one little tweak and bam! its gone.Just stick to what you got and run it,forget about faster numbers right now,i have raced
many faster cars running consistent times(slow) and just concentrating on the lights cutting it close to jump out and get my lead.I did this and when i had the chance i played more and more on the tune after the races. But during the races my car was set up and not touch it all day long......consistency was key to winning all kinds of races.
