Just remember that it will take 3 longer bolts to hold it in place. While it is possible to install while on the car, it is best to install it outside the vehicle.
I found that I needed to cut the little tab on the passenger side of the bell housing.
I assembled it on the car and I had to lower the transmission tail in order to reach and tighten the 3 longer bolts. I love it because it comes apart in 3 parts.
