msd digital 6 wiring help

Ok fellas i need some help wiring my msd to stock leading coil. I have been browsing around but all i can find are ford wiring diagrams. I drew up a picture of how i think its supposed to be wired. I would also like to know where the pink wires goes to.

black/red coil side to MSD black wire
yellow/red coil side to MSD orange wire
----------------------------------------------------------
black/red harness side to MSD white wire
yellow/red harness side to MSD red wire
------------------------------------------------------------
blue wire is two step <-- still trying to figure out hot to wire this
pink wire goes to????

.

I was trying to use this wiring diagram but not sure if its correct.

i dont think you can wire the two step b/c it will not cut the spark to the trailing coils. i also think the pink wire is used as a trigger for the two step.

yes the two step gets two relays wired into a switch to cut the trailing off. Any Ideas on how all that is wired up?

Pink is the retard function. You apply ground or 12V (depending on the model) to activate the two step (Blue wire).

This should help.

I wouldn't use any of the factory wiring to the MSD other than the trigger wire. Run the power and ground leads straight to the battery.

Search for Vikings old write up on this. Also trotts did a nice write up last year for this plus relays to kill trailing along with line lock. Believe there was a link off that thread for mad wiring.

I believe them write-ups where for 6AL. I was under the impression that the 6al and digital 6 where different colored wires.

Ok coils are hooked up. Now my question is, does the pink wire (retard function) gets hooked to anything or do we not use this function on our cars? I read in some other forums that guys use the pink wire on throttle for nitrous Injection but I am only running water injection so I would assume the pink wire does not get used.
