Thanks. Thought I broke 5th gear last time out ( dragmania Ennis ) but it ended up being a loose shifter rod bracket on the trans. installing a larger flow control valve jet and hope to get better 60ft times. Also replacing the blown front struts before the next test. next week.

Army, your 10.3 pass on a hybrid turbo is bad azz.

bad launch... Not sure how much more this 6 puk clutch can take. Hope to get the launch down and get the 120mph in the 1/8 soon.

151mph is crazy fast!

Is the clutch slipping? Or do you have bad tire spin? Once you get that bad boy to 60 better its going to put up some crazy numbers!

What reared do you have?

No racing here this weekend, the rain has been very heavy.

Good Lord! Love it, cant wait to get closer to your times man. Looks like a blast!

BTW what struts are you using as replacements? I have been planning to modify a set to install the Comp Engineering Mustang drag struts, but if you have a better solution that would be great.

Dragmania sep 21

rx7 dragmania sep 21 - YouTube

Qualifying pass VS Honda. What a mess with the staging lights. Ended up with a charlie horse in my calf from holding the clutch down for so long.

119 mph in the 1/8
2.35 60 ft
10.3 at 149

Outside video by GRS. It's about 40% down on the list. It was the Honda's PB.

I'm using 14$ Monroe shocks in the rear. A down grade for you.

Ran rich in 4th gear causing miss fire. Lost some et and MPH. Cool weather last night and ran a bit more boost in 4th gear.

Really need to upgrade the rear shocks. Guys are saying it looks like a bunny rabbit in first and second gear.
