Engine, trans and exhaust Mounts whats people using.

Hey Guys i was wondering what you guys are using as mounts, are you using stock rubber mounts on engine/trans, and what about exhaust. ivè seen alot of racecars using solid iron mounts on engine/trans in piston cars that are balanced to perfection but what about our rotary cars and what about my stock engine rally car what would you guys use.
pros/cons

Best Regards Rasmus

we tried solid mounts in the integra, and not only did the driver see double, but parts fell off the car, so we went back to poly.

for the honda it is. with the Rx7's and miata's we've never bothered with anything other than stock, although the comp mounts sometimes make it in.

I use the mazdaspeed stiffer rubber bushings, I don't see any reason to go with anything else, they work pretty well

I'm running Hockey puck as mounts. Not as bad as solid, little better then Mazda comp and a LOT cheaper.
Get your hockey pucks at any sports store. Drill hole in the center. Put them in with a longer bolt straight through. If you want to get all crafty. Make cool little aluminum plates with a 90deg bend as a heat shield. This added step is needed if your racing and makes mounts last much longer.

Great so a little stiffer than 36 year old stock ones. Would be better . What about trans and exhaust mounts?
