start up tune for 13b bpt
hey everyone, not sure where to post but think it mostly relates to my power fc and tuning
So recently purchased a s5 fc rx7. had the motor rebuilt with a secondary bridgeport at the same time.
so mods include
13b-rew apexi power fc
3 inch exhaust right the way through(no cat)
all emissions removed
standard turbo
walbro 255 lph fuel pump
front mount intercooler
pod filter
pfi adjustable fuel pressure reg running 42 psi
i was thinking of leaving my standard 550cc injectors in and driving 7kilometers to the dyno and then swapping in my 880cc primarys and 1680cc secondaries at the work shop before it hits the dyno so i have less things to worry about until i get there.
looking for around 300 hp at the wheels
will go a bigger turbo later on and re-tune to suit but now i just want some seat time and have some fun.
so my question is all about timing. the ecu is running the factory tune it came with. now what is the best crank angle position(the distributor looking type thing) and also how should it be adjusted in the ecu.
the map looks similar to this one. hope i gave enough info. only looking to get it down to the tuners then they can do what the need to.
thanks in advance
