PFC Tuning in Rhode Island or MA

Does anyone work with PFCs in the Rhode Island area. I have a 94 FD3S with a idle hunting problem. I've tried the idle speed screw in and out and it doesn't make any change, confirmed the 3 intake ports are close and I have no idea where the engine is breathing through in idle. Next thing I'm thinking about trying is checking for leaks. But I don't think that's the problem 'cause it tries to idle for some short period of time before it reaches operating temp. Could anyone PLEASE help me. I'm an old school rotary owner/mechanic, I don't know much about fuel injection so I'm a little frustrated. I'll really appreciate it!
