Idles rich, leans out and dies pushing throttle.
1987 rx7 tii. Power fc, obviously. 750/750. I can get the car to idle, be it rich as hell... but as soon as I touch the gas it leans out and dies.... any ideas? Tps is good, grounds are good, injectors are new. Just don't understand how it will idle so damn rich but then lean right out with barely any throttle...

Depends completely on the map and if parameters are set correctly. Fuel correction... injector settings... several things. I don't know if you have one but it would be extremely helpful to have the dataloggit and have everything hooked up to map. This questions as I've found out is not a simple answer. I too have an 87 t2... I'm tuning on it more this evening.

look at the sensor screen and make sure the MAP sensor actually works? feel free to apply vacuum and pressure to the sensor with the key on engine off, and watch it work

i also get this, im running a fd3s single. when its cold it wont idle its self, i have to put throttle input to keep it running, i carnt hold it at light throttle as it will lean out and die. once its up to 55c water temp then it will idle fine but still have the stumbling at part throttle. any more throttle and it is fine.

yes both rotors. getting frustrated that i checked and rechecked everything, got it to idle fine, albeit rich as hell but just a tap of throttle, dead... had to inch it forward and was able to just turn up the idle screw and let the clutch out and roll it.
