datalogit logging data

Is there a format that has to be set for most of the values? I starting looking at the logs and some of the data is all wacked such as the speed, boost, and wastegate %.

Attached a small 30 line shot, maybe the highest speed I hit was 65mph.

Speed is in kilometers, what gear were you in? 100km/hr = 62mph.
Boost is in kilograms meter squared. 100 = 14.22 psi.

As for wastegate, I never used the PFC for boost control or turbo control ever.
Went non-seq early with an external EBC back in 1999 when I got a PFC. Been single since 2005.

Well that makes sense. Was in third doing some slower pulls. Thanks for the info.

Small 2nd gear to 4th gear drive. I had it in excel and was messing with formulas to change over the stats such as mph and psi.

Is the knock listed as something as well or is there a range for that?

As far as I know there isn't any details on how knock is calculated or to be interpreted.
Anything over 60 is suppose to be bad. Just as the ecu does not do any retarding.
All useless crap with the stock ecu or the PFC.

Search the forum about knock, that reading isn't always very accurate.

tuning

Did some changes to the vacuum routing for my wastegate and did a run before a dyno tune session tomorrow for ignition tuning. Although after the change, my wastegate is opening earlier than it did before, thinking that vent has something to do with it. Also changed my split timing per a tuning guide to all 15, and runs alot better than it did before where the split was scattered.
