That's very nice! How stock will you leave the engine bay? I can tell you what you *could* do with it.

Hogged out Nikki on top of the REPU manifold.
modern nitrided Y or R5 irons
GSL-SE flywheel and a modern standard duty Exedy 225mm disc and pressure plate
DLIDFIS with an FB dizzy and BR8EQ-14 plugs
upgraded fuel pump and a high quality fpr set to 2.5psi for the hungry Nikki
RB road race header and a custom long primary exhaust

I wouldn't mention these mods if I hadn't done them myself.

Just don't fall into the trap almost all noobs to REPUs fall into these days by going EFI, or weber. Heck even the RB Holleys aren't all that great. Oh and if you must add boost, go turbo, not SC. Do an S4 on a custom tubular manifold like my next phase will be (hogged out boost prepped Nikki as well). It will spool fast and provide much more low end torque than big aftermarket turbos. The right rear tire should break loose, in gear, on dry road, going straight. Empty bed, of course. You can even fit an intercooler down in front of the oil cooler if more than 7 to 9 psi of boost is desired (but keep the charge pipes at 2" or no larger than 2.5").
