They did about 1"-1 1/2" from the looks of it.we didn't really ask for the fact that it looks good the way he did it.

Those guys were trying to sell me on flaring my deuce, I couldn't envision how it would be done, or look. I was hesitant having the body cut up, but now that I see it, it all makes sense. Looks like you could easily run even wider wheels, 10's?

At first we asked about just adding some small bolt on flares like most rx3 guys do.he convinced us to go this route do to the fact that it will look stock-ish....we were hesitant at first but after seing the work we were happy with it.once it's all painted up we will see how it looks.

I use a gsl-se 13b oil pan and flip it so the sump is in the rear ,and redrill som holes.make a custom oil pickup tube.

It won't make it to sevenstock this year.still need to port the block ,do wiring to the whole car and other things.
I'm trying to focus on finishing the blue sedan first .which is almost done too finally

Started to port the irons and changed out the exhaust sleeves on rotor housings in favor of turbo sleeves.

Engine was sent to mazdatrix for some stud work and machining a few months ago,all we need is a few seals that are on their way so we can start stacking this motor up.

Stud kit was bought at mazdatrix,and mazdatrix did all the machine work for it to fit.
