1973 Deuce restoration......

Hi fellow OLD SCHOOL ROTARY Fanatics, I just became the proud owner of this sexy Gem, a 1973 RX2, I had her transported from Los Angeles Ca to North Carolina last week. She is 99% Rust free, and no dings or dents. Im really looking forward to get this Gem all fixed up and ready, She came with 3 piece 15" Epsilon wheels, a RB header and full exhaust, the interiors are ok, then again for a 43 yo car is not too bad. Here are some pics, as I work on it I will post more pics. Any advise, suggestions, critics or comments are welcome. Thank you all!!!!

I was told these are Australian Tail lights.

Aftermarket suspension springs

15" 3piece epsilon wheels.

RB header and exhaust system

Dang man! I didnt realize you had transported it from CA! Was it an online auction type deal or did you know the original seller? If it was an online transaction was the car in the condition you expected when you received it? It looks like an awesome project and I for one am extremely jealous. I just don't have the nuts to purchase sight unseen

lol yes I had it transported from Los Angeles Cali to North Carolina it took 4 days and $725.00 later.... lol Yes the purchase was on line off craigslist, I didn't know the original seller from Adam, I did some research and background check on the seller prior to sealing the deal, you be surprised what you can find out on the net... lol the car was actually in better shape than I was expecting and the seller threw in all the extra parts, there was no hidden issues with the deal or the car. The car is SOLID only 1 small spot of rust in the trunk floor the size of a dime. I guess I was that .01% that sends money up front and gets the deal he bargain for. I have to admit I was scared to send the money without seeing the car.

Im happy with the purchase and I cant wait to restore it.

thank you for the complement.!!!!!!
