What's a good turbo to make around 350-400hp?

You need to be more specific. For starters, what car do you have? Is it an FC, FD sequential twins, FD single, 20b swap, etc?

Yeah you're right that would help. I have a 93 FD sequential twins, with a v mount intercooler, pfc, downpipe, stock cat, cat back exhaust

This or the Garrett GTX. But whats your plan with the car? Tracking it, 1/4 Warrior or daily. Stay within factory spool times or more safe boost later?
