So I just bought my first RX7 and its a 94. There are a few problems and I am hoping that they are mechanically related. (doubt it though). After taking a good solid week to read through as much of the forums as I could, I have decided to start this thread in hopes of assistance. When my car is idling; whether cold or hot if I place it into gear the idle will jump from approx. 900 to about 1500 as long as it is in gear. This is with the clutch all the way in and it doesn't matter if it is in 1st or 5th or Reverse or whatever...its just any gear. The other problem is that it shifts very firm into 2nd gear and whilst in 2nd gear the stick seems to vibrate a little bit more than I feel comfortable with.
P.S. Pulled codes and found none and other than that runs awesome.
