single conversion

Just did a single turbo full emissions delete and I am getting no boost and showing tones of vacuum on gauge. Gauge will spike up to 0psi do I need check valve on injection hose? Is it just a vacum leak I need to search for? All new hoses and lines. How big a leak could it be?
