Seat belt wanting light repair info I cannot post in the right place

So since I'm stuck in the n00b sandbox, here is some additional information that I intended to add onto the FD thread that pops up when looking for repair info on the blinking seat belt light problem. I have a hard time imagining myself posting 14 more times just to escape n00b jail. Maybe it's penance for not updating the second gen FAQ in nearly 20 years.

The original write up at https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generati...ht-fix-940893/ only provides values for two of the 6 electrolytic capacitors that you need to replace on the main board. There are also two resistors that may burn. R18 and R19 just below C2, are 1/4 watt 1.2k Ohm resistors. Since some of the original capacitors do not have direct replacements that have the exact same exterior dimensions, I have found the replacements that fit in the original housing. Dimensions and specifications for the originals follow.

C1: 47uf 16V H: 11.2mm D: 5.2mm
C2: 10uf 16V H: 7.2mm D: 4.1mm
C3: 220uf 16V H: 12mm D: 6.4mm
C5: 0.47uf 50V H: 5.8mm D: 4.1mm
C6: 22uf 16V H: 5.6mm D: 6.5mm
C7: 3.3uf 50V 5.8mm 4.1mm

C1, C2, C3 are relatively easy to find in a size close to identical, and there is room to use taller ones. C5, C6, and C7 do not have drop in replacements in normal parts catalogs. The maximum safe height for replacements is about 11mm. Here are the DigiKey replacements, optimizing for service hours and max operating temp.

C3: P5139-ND / ECA-1CM221
C5: P13466-ND / EEU-EB1HR47S
C6: 493-1769-ND / UPW1C220MDD
C7: P13463-ND / EEU-EB1H3R3S

CPU 2 relay board replacement caps

The relay board has three electrolytic caps that you might as well replace at the same time.

Original values and dimensions:

C1: 22uf 25V H: 11mm D: 5.1mm
C2: 10uf 16V H: 11mm D: 5.3mm
C3: 3.3uf 50V H: 11mm D: 5.1mm

Digikey Parts:

C1: 493-1811-ND / UPW1E220MDD
C2: 493-1767-ND / UPW1C100MDD
C3: P13463-ND / EEU-EB1H3R3S

I need to correct one of the part numbers. For CPU 2, C6, the capacitor is actually bipolar so the part I listed is incorrect. The following part should be an exact replacement for the original:

Nichicon 22uf 16V bipolar, Manufacturer part: UMP1C220MDD1TP, Digikey Part: 493-10246-2-ND
