Just wondering if anyone has a known-correct diagram of the rear iron bellhousing pattern.

So far I have a random CAD model off grabcad that seems to be off by at least 10mm in some instances, and the diagram given in this thread.

As I currently don't have a spare engine, or a rear iron, I can't pull the points in myself with the CMM.

Need to figure out the feasibility of mating a 13B-DEI or RE with an MFA60 6-speed trans for an upcoming project.

Would rather have my adapter plate finished out in CAD before I start buying stock for it.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes, I did see that, and it helped out immensly for getting rough bolt hole clearances and the dowel sizes to go with the drawing.

I guess the main thing I'm worried about is lost accuracy or stacked measurement error someplace, given that the sample set is so small for this. Not doubting Jacob's diligence or anything, I just know from personal experience what a PITA it is to reverse engineer things.

For now it's an excellent starting point for my adapter plate design, no question about that.

What prompted me to ask for the second opinion was when I was laying everything out in CAD some of it looked funky, mainly some of the numbers for spacing were not like I'm used to seeing given Mitsubishi or Mercedes housings (10.34mm instead of 10.25, "interesting" angles, etc).
It's entirely likely that I'm just looking too far into it, and letting my usual perfectionism get the better of me.

Guess this means I need to bite the bullet, probe out at least one rear iron for myself, and contribute back what I find.
