Over fueling after conversion + swap

Hey, so Ive read up lots but still curious to hear some opinions on a problem Im having.
A little about the setup:

1994 fd rhd
Fresh built 13b
Swapped from twins to a single turbo
Deleted rats nest
Deleted emissions
Apexi pfc
Deleted air pump and a/c

Problem: since putting it back together and making all these deletes the car is over fueling something fierce. I can fire it up but it just dumps way to much fuel. Then after it dies or is turned off i have go through a de flood procedure... If the cars running and fuel in line is slightly pinched with pliers engine runs way better... Bad fpr? Or is it due to the deletes ? Any ideas would be great Im way passed pulling my hair out here. Thanks.
