Need some help with the white devil as I like to call her !!!
Okay so this cars been sitting for 8 years and I got it running I prepped and read everything I should do . I did everything the right way . One night it got cold outside so I use the heat no heat so then I started to wonder what was going on the heater core was shot and the blend door motor was shot as well I replaced both of them and now it's working great . However I took my car to work it ran fine I live five minutes away from work maybe ten . After work I followed a buddy home he live 15 minutes away when I left his house the Rpms started going up and down up and down it did this on the way to pic up my daughter and had trouble starting then I got home shut the car off figured I would fix it the following day . Now it's the next morning I drove it to work and still the same thing Rpms going up and down big time and a nasty smell with it also as soon as I pulled in to park the car died on me . So on my lunch break I tried to start it it started ran a little and stalled out on me and now I can't get it started does anyone know why ? All the help is much needed .

Yes I did all that changed oil flushed out the radiator also the only thing I didn't do is change spark plugs because they were good still great condition ... and yesterday I checked and the tranny fluid is a little low . Is there a protection for transmission that car won't start if level is low .? The Rpms just started going up and down up and down the next morning I drove it to work same thing up and down then as I pull in to work it died

The up and down occurs while idling? If so, then the TPS needs to be set. Green/red wire set to 1 volt w/key to on well after the engine has been running because the engine needs to be as hot as it is going to get. If the engine was chilled when it would not start then it is possible you have leaky injectors. Also, use the online FSM and look at the ECU pin out and compare your readings to it and see if anything looks like a red flag.
