Have you checked the battery? Is it getting fuel? you say you have checked all the problems and not to sound like a dick cause I want to help but more detail would be nice.
What is it doing when you try to start it? What exactly have you checked? Things of that nature will help people on this site help you=). Good luck!

Cut the fuel to your pump, take the spark plugs out and clean them
roll the engine over and get the excess fuel out.
Put a shot of oil in the spark plug holes, roll over engine about 5 seconds.Put the plugs back in and Hook the fuel back up and start it.
That is basic De-flood procedure.(happens sometimes when your car has sat and your injectors are not up to par.)

It is starts let it run.
Sometimes the plugs can remain a little fouled but Can burn off the crud and excess fuel in the internals..
Then it will smoothen out.
BUT note that your plugs Can get so fouled that they can require replacement.
When I get severely flooded I just toss another set of plugs in.I use the "fresh ones' to start up and then the old wet ones would get cleaned.(after that I use those to start up ..again IF I flood out..again)
I clean my plugs with a shot of brake clean and compressed air.
