got a greddy bov want to put on my stock rx7 need help with how to do it

As was suggested in the other thread you posted, a read through the FAQs in the 3rd Gen. Section is a place to start to learn about the car. There are also links there to a free download of the FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL.
I would not worry about a BOV until you fix the boost issues.
