vibration/shaking when revved??

I'm a newbie to the rotory world so this is a little different. I have a 1983 rx7 gsl, the only MODS- Weber 48ida carberauter and k&n filter. Other that that car is stock. this car runs decent, does kinda sputter when gas slammed. May need carb tuned? I'm running 1&1/2 turns out on fuel/mixture and 1/2 turn out on speed idle. Now for the big problem. when revved over 3000rpm it start shaking/vibrating , also when driving and when the engine revs when down shifted around 3k and above it does the same. I checked motor/trans mounts and the trans mount had missing nut. So I got one and put it on. I feel like it made it a little bit quieter but still is pretty noticeable. I can feel it mostly when my hands on shift ****. My throw out bearing spins a little bit when clutch released, could that be the prob?? Helpp any thoughts would help, thanks!! - Denton C

lots of things that you should check out.
U Joints,engine mounts,trans mount,diff mount.
Even bad tires or a bad wheel can make the car shake..or even a bad ball joint.
I had one that would only wobble at 50mph.

If it's not in gear and parked then the only options are motor mounts, trans mount, flywheel/clutch, or rotating assembly.

What's the rotating assembly? I checked the trans mounts and a nut was missing on the middle bold so a put a nut on and I feel like it helped a little but not much. The throw out bearing spins a lil when I realese the clutch, could that have something to do with it?

^This.
Rotating assembly would include the engine's internal moving bits...like seriously mismatched rotors. It might be worth-while to try checking that the FW is tight on the end of the e-shaft and the pressure plate bolts are all tight. Thinking you could do that through a bell housing inspection hole if the FB has one.
