FD RX7 Fire Rebuild Newbie Questions

Hey everyone, so Ive recently acquired a RHD 92 Effini R1 that has gone up in flames and I am taking on the task of restoring all the damage. So I will start off with the simple question's.

1. There are 2 larger vacuum nipples sticking out of the block itself, I assume crankcase vents, one comes out horizontally towards the oil filler neck so i assume this hose connects to the lower vacuum nipple on the oil fill neck. The other comes out vertically near the fuel rails and I'm stumped as to where this hose should go.

2. In the process of redoing all the vacuum lines i have noticed the LIM that should have four nipples in a row vertically just in front of the ACV only has 3 and my UIM has 2 boost ports instead of one. If someone can chime in to the correct way to set this up it would be much appreciated.

3. There are 2 sensors on top of each other on the back of the thermostat housing by the rats nest, I would just like to verify that the top one is the fan thermosensor and the lower green one is the water temp sensor as they are melted and I will need to find replacements.

4. I understand that the rotary pumps oil through the oil metering lines into the combustion chamber for lubrication purposes, so what would you do in the case that the lines have been replaced and are now empty on a motor that has been sitting for almost 2 years. If i premix will it cause a problem when the oil starts to flow through the oil metering lines?

5. Lastly, At what point would you recommend draining the gas tank and starting fresh.

Thank you everyone and sorry for the stupid question's. I know these are probably common knowledge to most of you. If anyone wants to chime in with extra information on starting a sitting rotary it's much appreciated.
