FD ROOM fuse issues
Just got a 1993 R1, completely stock and this electrical issue is starting to get on my nerves.
hook up an amp meter between battery negative and cable and get .19A (.29 if I open a door or just after I close it, so key illuminator is not it) and drops to 0 if I pull the ROOM fuse, then comes right back if I plug it back in. I have:
1. checked the dome lamps (both work, set in off position)
2. checked the rear hatch lamp (works, set in off position)
3. checked the door key lamp (broke the wires trying to pull it out, didn't work before anyways and not really bothered, could this be it somehow? its not completing a circuit...)
4. checked the glove box lamp (switch is plugged in, was not working any way i could find, pulled the plug, plug looked fine, also doesn't bother me)
5. checked the little light for the ashtray (pulled for good measure)
6. unplugged the security light (no effect, plugged it back in)
7. checked the power antenna (mast is bent when I bought the car, wont extend or retract easily, unplugged the blue and the black, then only the black, no effect, plugged back in)
8. pulled RADIO fuse, but IDK if this would eliminate the radio clock as a culprit
Questions:
does just verifying that the light works and is off enough to rule it out as the drain?
what should my next step(s) be?

Made a mistake in my first post, can't edit it so for #4 I mean I pulled the bulb and the bulb looked fine, I haven't plugged it back in yet.
Also, I found that my reverse lights were both dead, so pulled them, also no change, but as of now I replaced them but haven't checked the amps but I don't suspect a change...

I guess I should have added that in finding the ROOM fuse as the culprit I pulled every fuse in that box, to clarify I began by pulling fuses on the fuse in the engine bay (not the one right beside the battery the one closer to the cabin), then found the BTN fuse cut off the drain, then I went to the under-dash fuse box where I pulled every one, finding that only the ROOM caused any drop at all, and in fact reduced my drain to 0. So yeah already did that, thanks though , any other ideas?
As of now, the prime suspect is the dead radio, which I confirmed was dead last night (no sound on a usually clear station, no static, tape player will sound as if running but will not play, loud pop when I turn it off), and the theft deterrent.... hope its not that, I can guess that could get considerably more pricey to repair. I'm looking at getting a radio from a friend, until then I just discon the negative when I park it for more than a few hours, simple enough workaround.

Updating because I found the culprit. It ended up being the oem radio, unplugged it and drain dropped to <10mA . So, couple things learned:
1. Pulling the radio or audio fuse does not remove the radio as a culprit.
2. OEM radios possibly draw .19A if they are malfunctioning.
hopefully this will help those in the future that somehow still have the oem radio. On that note getting that bugger out was a pain in the @ss...
