Best turbo for 13b
With the proper engine management/ fuel system etc, what is the best turbo to replace the turbo II stock turbo with on a stock engine setup? (After cold air, header, downpipe, exhaust)

The S5 turbo is not bad at stock levels.
You can get it altered to a hybrid Stage 3 or 4 at BNR turbos.
Run that on an RTEK 2.1 and put some bigger injectors on like 750/1000's and you car is rockin'.

Now that said, the 3076R is a full turbo upgrade meaning the need for a new manifold, plumbing, downpipe, etc. It's a big job.
If all you want is something bolt on then the BNR stage 2 bolts right up and uses all the factory stuff. I am just not a big fan of the hybrid stock turbos as it can be difficult to control boost due to the wastegate design and it can sometimes be hard to achieve and maintain your target boost.
Note that all turbo upgrades require other mods to support them. Upgraded fuel system, EMS that can run that fuel system (no stock ECU...trust me on this), larger intercooler, etc.

A 3076R might be rather large for a 1.3 litre piston engine, but certainly not for a 1.3 litre 13B. It's actually a bit small. You need to think of turbo sizing for a 13B as one would for a largish 6 cylinder.

And going external waste gate, no down pipes/wg plumbing that dont come in a kit with a turbo and intercooler that i dont want. Then staying stock internal with the bnr has boost creep issue..

If you want a turbo that has all of it in one package, look at the Borg Warner EFR 8374 turbo. Its IWG with a built in recirculation valve. It has a true divided T4 housing with a true divided WG. Pricey, but about the same size as a GT35R. Once added up, a GT35 with 2 external gates, the BOV, and the manifold and lines is about the same price as a EFR kit.

In very, very general terms, a larger turbine (T4) means less air velocity and theoretically a slower responding turbo. But that isn't always the case. The turbine size is only one part of the equation. Wheel sizes and trim play a large part. You can have T3 sized turbines flowing more than T4 sized turbines depending on how they are set up.
It really does sound like the best choice for you is a hybrid stock turbo. When the limitations are known, they are a nice setup for moderate power gains without having to replace the stock manifold, downpipe, etc. Boost creep won't be the issue. The issue will be holding boost to redline. The turbine is simply very overflowed by the larger compressor and becomes a choke point. That's not necessarily a bad thing. The car ends up very strong in the midrange which is very easy to drive and the few PSI you lose as redline is approached (typically when tuning these cars I see 15 PSI in the midrange, dropping to 11 or so as the car approaches 7K).
However you WILL ABSOLUTELY need to upgrade the intercooler. The stock intercooler is inadequate. If the stock intercooler is left in place be prepared for 200 degree F intake temps.
