AZ Air adjust screw stuck on my se

I have low idle on my 85 SE after warm-up. I have adjusted the throttle position sensor per the fsm. The air adjust screw will not budge. Any ideas? Thanks!

Welcome to the wonderful world of trying to get an SE to idle correctly. There are quite a few things that can affect the idle on these first gen EFI's. BAC (used to maintain idle) and the Air control valve, ECU, TPS, Vacuum Hoses, Shutter Valve, Air Flow Meter. Check everything...

Thanks! I was finally able to get the air screw to work after using some penetrating oil and some patients. I took the MAF out and found a bunch of crud in it while I was waiting. All back together now and is idling much better.
