90 RX7 FC new to the scene in Maryland

My name is Reggie and I'm new to the rotory motor scene. I just bought a 1990 RX7 FC GXL with 90k miles. I've been a mechanic for a while but i must say that rotaries are a new experience. I have the only rx7 in my area (Annapolis) but are looking for some local rotor heads. I have quite a bit of questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
For example, my throttle has been loosing power every once in a blue moon and have realized how touchy my Rx is in the cold. Than today it dropped below 2000 rpms and I cannot exceed above it. In any gear. From reading around and looking at my car I have come to the conclusion that it is my TPS sensor which is near impossible to find. Any input or advice is appreciated!

You may want to check "limp Mode" on an S5.
you can pull codes on your car.
