87 rx7 gxl Wiring issues

I got a issue with my wiring and can't figure it out I looked and checked my fuses being fine but I still can't figure it out, My gauge cluster, my heater switches doesn't do anything and my stero doesn't work. All my interior lights work

has anyone screwed with the dash wiring?

Could easily be the grounding to these items besides the fuses. The gauges use the meter fuse so check that fuse.
